Who Am I?
As an integrative and multi-disciplinary therapist, it's important to me that I help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns, negative perceptions, and unmanageable feelings that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I am an interactive, solution-focused licensed psychologist who works collaboratively with my clientele to alleviate depression, anxiety, effects of trauma, and reducing stress. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and helpful feedback to assist people in effectively addressing personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques along with scientifically sound methods to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work together with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
I also offer several modalities of Reiki treatments to facilitate your holistic wellbeing. Reiki therapy is a holistic, gentle energy work process that assists in physical, mental and emotional healing. It has come to receive much acclaim and recognition for its effectiveness as a powerful healing instrument.
